We have known Dennis a long time. We decided to move from downtown Chicago to the more gentle life along the cities of Fox River and specifically Geneva/ St. Charles area so we had to sell our condo in Chicago and find a new home in the area. During Thanksgiving week 2015 Dennis showed us over 20 different homes in the area to give us and him an idea of what we were looking for and what we wanted. Dennis then introduced us to an agent in Chicago that he thought was excellent and would be able to stage, price and sell our condo quickly. We were able to get an offer and sell it at list price within one day of listing our condo. Which meant Dennis and us had to work quickly in the areas that we liked from our first visit to find our new home to purchase. Dennis spent several days with us and several offers that fell through but we ended up with our prefect home. From Thanksgiving to our closing on our new home took less than six months. Without Dennis’ time, effort and diligence this would have been hard to accomplish. Again, thank you very much Dennis.

The house that relates to this survey is my deceased parents' house. Because my siblings and I all live out-of-state, we thought this whole process was going to be a logistics nightmare. But Dennis went above and beyond the call of duty by making numerous trips to the house, suggesting minor repairs to be made, a list of contacts to get the repairs done, and follow-up trips to make sure the work had been done to everyone's satisfaction.
